A wonderful?gold chain from the Georgian?era! This beautiful handmade piece is crafted in?18k yellow gold and has a lovely and simple design. The chain?is comprised of oval links that latch through each other and twist?to form a long, seamless, rope-like strand. Each link has a?smooth?surface that lends?a?bright, rich, buttery yellow?appearance to the design. At?the center of the chain is a?large bead-like push clasp which is marked "750" for gold purity on the tongue of the clasp. The chain weighs 34.7 grams.
